Note 26: Lars Jakobsen: Biography of Mik, pp. 28-30. - Carl Johannes Røgind (1871-1933), received his education at the Academy of Fine Arts 1897-99. Later became a drawing teacher at a municipal school on Amager. At the same time, he drew humorous and satirical drawings for magazines such as "Puk", "Klods Hans" and "Ravnen". Since then, he has been permanently associated with the "Family Journal", especially as a cartoonist. It was here that he drew "Fyrtaarnet og Bivognen", which he took over from Georg Hansen, who, however, only drew the series in 1923. Røgind drew it in the years 1924-33. After his death in 1933, the series was continued by the cartoonist Kaj Engholm until 1968. Røgind also illustrated several children's books, and in 1935 the comic book "Smut og Top og Trolden Muk" was published with text by P. N. Bondesen and drawings by Røgind.
